Seaweed roll


  • 2 sticks with seaweed and lemon zest
  • 1 brioche bun
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • Mayonnaise: 1 egg, oil, mustard, salt, pepper
  • Smoked paprika
  • Rice vinegar


  • Bake 2 seaweed sticks for 10 minutes at 200°C.
  • Whip up your mayonnaise by adding a tablespoon of rice vinegar and a pinch of smoked paprika.
  • Finely slice the spring onions and chives.
  • Prepare your sandwich by placing the seaweed sticks cut in half in the center and season.
