Our Suji Aonori (Ulva prolifera) comes from cultivation in the open sea in Kochi prefecture Japan. Of exceptional quality, it is used by the greatest Japonese chefs.

After harvest, the algae are delicately dried at low temperature in order to preserve their nutritional and aromatic richness.

Taste

Suji Aonori offers exceptional aromatics, halfway between truffle and scallop.
